I finished the first page of Naptime Dragon late last week. I am very pleased with the look of this project, even though it's not something I would normally do. I started a HAED freebie last night, You Make My Heart Melt. I also have 2 2/3 pages to finish KK's The Defiant. I am also planning on starting another KK SAL Black Wolf, and I am going to be starting a Fractal Freebie. I have several WIP's that I need to see if I can recover, HAED's Rose Fenech, TW's Peacock Tapestry(doesn't look promising), and I trashed my start on HAED's Black Stallion, it was out during the fire, and I didn't have much of a start, 1 page done on a 40some page pattern isn't much...LOL
Anyway, that's my stitching update for the week. House hopefully will be finished in the next 1-2 weeks, so we can get back to somewhat of normal. I am also beginning my search for another bird, I want a baby blue and gold macaw, so we will see how that goes.

Wow, that's looking good... I haven't been able to stitch on mine for a week as I have had an eye infection... I am so jealous.
ReplyDeleteman, that bites, hope you get back to stitching soon, it's a fun stitch.
ReplyDeleteThe flowers look great.
ReplyDeleteHope you can get all the others progressing too.
Sorry you lost some of your work.
Good luck on the house being finished soon and finding another Macaw.
Your flowers look wonderful, so cheerful after this long winter.
ReplyDeleteTracy, it is sooo good to see you doing some stitching. The flowers are so bright and cheery. You have amazed me with all that you have been through this last month. Fingers crossed that the house will be ready on time. I wish you good luck in finding your next pet.
ReplyDeleteLooks wonderful Tracy!
ReplyDeleteLooks good!
ReplyDeleteYour flowers are gorgeous. Love the pictures in the previous post of the new "babies".
ReplyDeleteReally beautiful flowers.
ReplyDeleteLove the colors in the flowers. Hope you can rescue some of your other WIP's.
ReplyDeleteThe other WIPS are airing, that seems to really work on getting the smoke smell out. I will have to wash Rose Fenech, lots of smoke stains, I think the Peacock is done for. But my completed pieces are all ok, thank the good lord, I would have really cried over some of those.
ReplyDeleteThanks for all the nice comments, I needed something bright and cheery this time around.
That is really pretty.
ReplyDeleteI'm loving all those pinks - very pretty indeed!
ReplyDeleteYou've been busy - lovely stitching!
ReplyDeleteLooks great Tracy as always :)
